Scales:  Concert Ab (Book 2, #171, first 3 measures, lower part preferred)
    Guidelines: 1 octave memorized, quarter=72 bpm, tongued

EE Book 2:  No. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
Music Theory:  Unit 1 (finish theory packet for homework)
                          Unit 1 Test (12/18/18)

Rudiments (percussion only):  Flam, Flam Tap (open-closed-open format or slow-fast-slow)


7th Grade Band

Scales:  Concert Db (pg. 24 Foundations), Concert C (pg. 14 Foundations)--also on MPS scale sheet
    Guidelines: 2 octaves memorized, quarter=84 bpm, tongued

Use MPS scale sheet for the actual playing test
